Best food. Glad we came here for dinner. Awesome customer service. All three kids actually ate their dinner. And it was healthy! Very happy with this place. It's clean, too! 😁

Salads are usually always fresh and customer service great. This visit was my first time back in about a month. I found the customer service was not that great and the two employees I had an interaction with were quite rude. I ordered my Farmhouse salad to go and when I got home noticed there were no glazed pecans and a few pieces of rotten lettuce. Very disheartening as I loved coming here for the healthy and fresh choices!

Like to see them keep some of their seasonal salads available all year.

My whole office team went to Saladworks during a 'staff-development day.' We all had an enjoyable experience. The food was good, with several of us trying different selections of themed salad or creating our own concoction. The staff was reasonably attentive and the location was clean and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend it to others that want to have a light, fresh, and healthy meal as opposed to typical fast food offerings.

I'm so EXCITED that my favorite restaurant is opened again! I am not excited they don't have grilled steak anymore, the salads are still made with love & the rolls still melt in your mouth!! 💖💖💖 Plus the staff is still SUPER sweet!

Very friendly service from the gentleman that served my sister and I when we came for lunch on her move out day! Pricing was pretty standard for this type of restaurant (I spent $12 for a salad, cookie, bottle drink, and the salad came with a warm roll), and was very tasty and filling.

I know what you're saying to yourself right now. "Eight dollars for a salad? I can go to five guys right there and get a giant delicious burger for eight dollars!" You would be right to think that. But think about this: These salads have 300 calories and are delicious. Made with natural ingredients. Did I mention delicious? You're not missing out on flavors and just eating leaf lettuce here. I'm especially fond of the spicy chicken and blue and the Ceaser that they have here.A five guys burger has has 1000 calories, will make you fat, and probably give you heart disease. The fries are probably another 500 calories.The choice is yours.

We had lunch at the Morgantown location while visiting our son at WVU. We asked them to explain the 1/2 and 1/2 lunch menu and was told “It’s exactly how it sounds”. Asked what soups they had and was told “They are right here”’and they pointed to some cups instead of telling us. While having his salad made, my husband was not told you get 5 ingredients in your salad, he also was given a full salad instead of the 1/2 and 1/2 combo (he ordered salad and soup). Since he didn’t know about the limit on ingredients he ordered more then 5. Imagine our surprise when his portion of the meal was rung up and we were charged almost $18 for a salad and soup. Adding up all the outrageous charges for cheese and the little crunchy toppings (which are free at virtually every other salad restaurant), lunch for 3 was $42. If the food was amazing and the customer service was above and beyond, I would be willing to pay that price. Your Morgantown location has none of these.

Absolutely amazing! The Mandarin chicken salad was so good! The dressing really brought out the flavor. Laid back atmosphere with quick service.

They have a large variety of great fresh salad ingredients. They also offer several really good paninis, the buffalo chicken is my favorite. And they have several soups as well. They offer bottled and fountain soft drinks and aqua frescas. Definitely worth a try.

Nothing bad to say about the food really, but they are stingy when it comes to their food portions. Especially for the price. I paid $19 (plus taxes) for half and half (soup and sandwich), a medium bowl of chicken noddle soup, and a cookie. This is the bowl the soup came in for half and half. Wasn’t even filled to the top. They could spare more food.

This place has really fallen apart lately. Was decent when it first opened but I cant justify getting something from here when I can get a better salad elsewhere for cheaper (and with better service)
